Dizbu Return & Exchange Policy

At Dizbu, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

✔ All original tags must be attached.

✔ The product must be in its original packaging.

✔ The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

✔ The original order receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.


Products Eligible for Return & Exchange

We accept return and exchange requests for all eligible products, including intimate wear, provided the items meet the conditions mentioned above.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed based on the product price paid at the time of purchase.

  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges associated with exchanges.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 working days.

  • Customers will be notified regarding the status of their request.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item. We will review the case and arrange a suitable resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges may not be accepted if:

  • The item has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Original tags or packaging are missing.

  • The return request is submitted after 7 days of delivery.

  • The product does not meet our return eligibility requirements.
